On June 16, 2021, the ICB launched a new certification portal. For existing accounts, the first log in requires a password reset. Follow these steps to reset your account password:
- Click Get Certified Now
- Click the Forgot Password? link
- Enter the email address associated with the account. If forgotten, do NOT create a new account. Contact the ICB to obtain the email address.
Applying for new certification? Follow the steps outlined below.
- Click Get Certified Now and sign in
- Click Apply For New Certification (located on the Dashboard below profile photo)
Enter all required information (you will then be redirected to the Dashboard)
- Refresh/Reload the page
- If an exam is required:
- Click Register (located under the certification)
- Enter all required information; click Submit
- Contact JATC Coordinator to schedule exam session
- If an exam is NOT required:
- Click Apply (located under the certification)
- Enter all required information; click Submit
- If an exam is NOT required:
- Click Get Certified Now
- Click Apply For Account; enter all required information
- Click the Click here link to return to the login page and sign in
- Click Apply For New Certification (located on the Dashboard below profile photo)
- Enter all required information (you will then be redirected to the Dashboard)
- Refresh/Reload the page
- If an exam is required:
- Click Register (located under the certification)
- Enter all required information; click Submit
- Contact JATC Coordinator to schedule exam session
- If an exam is NOT required:
- Click Apply (located under the certification)
- Enter all required information; click Submit
